David is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with a degree in Kinesiology with a focus in exercise science. He is very passionate about bridging science to fitness, sports performance, health, and movement which is why he understands the importance of proper movement, an evidence-based training program, nutrition plan, and hard work.

From a sports training standpoint, David has experience with the Olympics (USA, Russian, Tunisia, Bermuda, and Japan), NBA, NFL, NHL, WWE, figure skating, and MMA (UFC). Although they all come from different backgrounds, as a mobility specialist, he believes the link to their greatness is the quality of their movements beyond the sport and training program. His passion is to help people build optimal movement without sacrificing health . From there, he builds specific training program to increase performance.

He has also worked with many patients referred from physiotherapist and clients who wanted to achieve their goals using intelligent fitness. Many goals such as: sports performance, health, weight loss, strength, bodybuilding, movement, youth development, prehab, rehab, etc. David has done many workshops and worked as a consultant to popular fitness influencers. David also teaches many group training classes and is also a mobility specialist as a certified Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms). David believes that people deserve quality and when they get a taste of it they see their own value they don't ask for anything less.

Anyone can take 5 random exercises and put them together and call it a circuit, but we here at WBC make sure you are benefiting from what you are doing. One on one session including active and passive stretching. Promotes mobility and sustainable range of motion. Promotes recovery to be ready for the next physical training session. In order to progress you must stress the body and then recover to let the body adapt to the response. If you do not let your body recover and adapt, you risk the possibility of overtraining. This service is great if you are an athlete that needs to recover between training or events or a person that feels stiff and tight. We use soft tissue, active and passive stretches, foam rolls, trigger point balls, cupping, graston, flowlife massage gun and vibrating foam rollers, etc.

If you are a fighter, compete in martial arts, or enjoy taking MMA classes as a hobby or for fitness, this is the class for you. We focus on developing for energy system using evidence-based research to make you a better fighter, more energy for training and practice, and give you the skills needed to improve. This is not a class of drilling, sparring, or hitting things. This is a class meant to improve your power, strength, speed, endurance, and energy to improve your skills when you train or compete. We also work on a lot of functional mobility and strength to decrease your chances of injury during training or competition. This class is open to all levels.

In this course, you will learn to expand, control and maintain mobility through the use of isometric strengthening and slow, controlled movements. This ground-breaking form of exercise combines passive flexibility with active mobility, which in turn helps to reduce pain and to decrease the risk of injury. This class is suitable for anyone looking to bulletproof their joints to be resilient and healthy for sports, fitness, and everyday movement. This is not a passive stretching class - get ready to work!

This class is designed for clients who wish to strengthen their bodies for a distinct advantage in their sport or activities, prevent injuries, as well as having a high quality workout fitted for the individual. Strengthening and stabilization exercises are focused on joint health, muscle strength, and core alignment with dynamic exercises. Appropriate for anyone who needs strength, balance, and endurance required for excellence with movement. Every class can incorporate cardio, stretching, and strengthening exercises for a comprehensive approach to your fitness and health. Get your day started out on a positive mote and conquer all your daily challenges. This class is a combo of cardio, high-intensity, and strength training that will wake up your brain, get your blood flowing, and prepare you for what the day has in store for you. We use bodyweight, dumbbells, battle ropes, kettlebells, resistance bands, suspension bands, etc. Appropriate for beginners to advance.


Weekend Warrior Workout
Saturday 9.30 - 10.25
Description: Start your weekend strong with a total body workout! This class is a fun, upbeat change of pace. Expect to have a different workout each week as the circuit training design can incorporate TRX, agility ladders, plyometric exercises, cardio, battle ropes, and Rip Trainers. Be ready for everything with this class, and come prepared to have fun as you get your weekend off on the right foot! The class is an advanced level class. Show up on time since instructions are given at the beginning of each class!

En screening består av en grundlig och genomgående rörelseanalys för att identifiera funktionella begränsningar och asymmetrier i kroppen. Vi använder oss av specifika tester för att mäta och bedöma rörlighet, neuromuskulär kontroll och funktionell styrka. Utifrån detta kan man hitta svagheter och problemområden för att sedan lägga upp ett lämpligt träningsprogram.

Practitioner is David Huynh, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Functional Movement Screen certified, Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist.

A screening consists of a thorough motion analysis to identify functional limitations and asymmetries in the body. We use specific tests to measure and assess mobility, neuromuscular control, functional strength and athletic movements. Based on this, one can find weaknesses and problem areas and then set up an appropriate training program which is included.
The BOD POD Gold Standard Body Composition Tracking System is an air displacement which uses whole-body densitometry to determine body composition (body fat and fat-free mass) in adults and children, and can accommodate a wide range of populations. A full test requires only about 15 minutes, and provides highly accurate, safe, comfortable, and fast test results. The BOD POD is one of the most accurate body fat measurement compared to other methods.

Barn Cancer Fonden

This class is a donation only class we have every first Sunday of the month at 9.00. All donations will go directly to the Barn Cancer Fonden via link. We recommend you donate what you usually pay for classes, but it is all up to you! Anything will help.

This class is going to be a high intense training class similar to our Rise & Grind and Week Warrior class. Suitable for all levels as the instructor is experienced with modifying exercises, recognizing weaknesses, and adapting the individual to still work hard, but safely as well.
